Staff wonderful. Premier apartment was fabulous and huge. Everything you needed. We even were able to wash and driy our laundty with machine in the apartment. Had a lovely pool and even steam, sauna, gym. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful reception area with piano player. It was about 10/15 mins in a taxi (70k) to old quarter but plenty of places to go around the area also. About 20-30 mins to airport depending on traffic.

Although location is away from the main attractions, its surroundings has many food establishments, groceries options, quiet night sleep and beautiful view. The rooms are larger than expected with fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family.

Great location and incredibly attentive staff. You know you are somewhere good when they see you are doing washing and have a clothes rack delivered to your room without asking for one. The family had a great time and the kids loved the facilities.

Awesome breakfast, specially the Pho were best! Fresh vegetables. The stew were boiled with bones, and meats. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The washmachine also a big help for family group!!!

Room is huge, new and clean. Buffet food was good too but small room. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay long to use the pool and saunas. TV could use an upgrade so we can use our Netflix account.

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The bathrooms are also big, the Japanese toilet in the ensuite is a compliment The beds are comfortable. Good location in middle of West Lake.

Clean, modern decor with all the things that you need when travelling with young children. Hotel staff was really helpful and helped us with all of our requests.
